Build on Syncropel

The spl binary is free to download and run, including for commercial use. The SDKs are open source (Apache-2.0) and published to npm and PyPI. The kernel source is not yet public; we intend to publish it once the protocol reaches 1.0, and every release is on a written schedule to become Apache-2.0.
